Housing Development Mezzanine Finance

Working in partnership with experienced industry professionals on an investment to develop a 1.43 acre site in Westmeath, Ireland, we provided mezzanine finance to a 15-unit housing scheme, consisting of 2 two bed terraced houses and 12 three bed terraced houses in the scheme across four blocks of terraced houses, as well as the refurbishment of a three-bed detached house.

The development was an opportunity to deploy investor capital where the exit was de-risked with a sale upon completion in place to an Irish government approved housing body.
